# contractor

A contractor is the company that carries out a service.

To ensure maximum flexibility, no fixed contact details are used when creating documents; instead, these are maintained individually for each data record.

If you regularly work with the same contractor, you can save a template in the settings and apply it to the data record as required.

Optionally, a company logo can be stored for display in documents (top left). The recommended specifications for size and format must be observed.
