# Contractor

A contractor is the company that carries out a service.

To ensure maximum flexibility, no fixed contact details are automatically carried over when creating documents; instead, these are maintained individually for each record.

If you regularly work with the same contractor, a template can be saved in the settings and applied to the data record as required.

Optionally, a company logo can be saved for display in documents (top left). Please note the recommended specifications regarding size and format.
